Active birth class replay
I know that this is a strange and scary time for a lot of pregnant Mamas.
Birth classes have been cancelled. Visitors are limited. Often only one person is allowed in the labour room ❌
So I want to help all the pregnant Mamas to feel calm, positive and empowered about their upcoming labour and birth 💜
I ran a live active birth class on Instagram and Facebook on Wednesday, March 25th and it went amazing… so many lovely ladies (and many of their partners) got involved and the birth vibes were high 🙌🏼
In the birth class recording you’ll learn about:

If you can, please have your birth partners with you when you watch it so that they too can learn all of these important tips to support you the best they can during birth 👫 👭 👬
If you have a fit ball, massage cream, pillows and stress balls handy… bring them too (not essential though) 💆♀️
